## BREAKTHROUGH 1

- **Claim:** **22_Project_StarSight** authorized as the vault **vision grandmaster** — FORM + BOOK for max-orthodox biological imaging stacks vs minimal rogue QC.
- **Method:** Added project triad (`README`, `BOUNTY_BOARD`, `WORLDLINE`) plus `FORM.md` (tier ladder, apex cultivator, failure modes) and `BOOK.md` (DOI-backed primaries, software registry, benchmarks). ## BREAKTHROUGH 2 — First Vision Dao Monarch VDM run (2026-03-31)

- **Claim:** Demonstrate an end-to-end **Vision Dao Monarch (VDM)** run from raw imaging stack to a `VDM_REPORT.md` and `vdm-report.json` under `out/vdm_runs/`, executed inside the StarSight Monarch Docker EYE for reproducibility.
- **Method:** Built and ran the `starsight-monarch` container (EYE-14) using `22_Project_StarSight/docker/Dockerfile[.gpu]` per `docker/RUNBOOK.md`, mounted the vault as `/vault`, and invoked `scripts/vision_dao_monarch_run.py` over the current imaging dataset. The run wrote a timestamped directory (e.g. `out/vdm_runs/20260331T014606Z-.../`) containing `VDM_REPORT.md`, `vdm-report.json`, and figures such as `figures/luminance_hist.png`. Parameters (fast/full tier, segmentation options) and dataset path are recorded in the JSON; this WORLDLINE entry logs that **EYE-14** was the instrument.
