## BREAKTHROUGH 1 — WORLDLINE opened

- **Claim:** This project now has **`WORLDLINE.md`** for incremental atlas runs, clustering outputs, and encoder changes (paired with `serpent_tongue.py` / `language_atlas*.py`).
- **Method:** Seeded narrative file; log each major atlas regeneration with script hash and `atlas/` output paths.
