## Why this project exists

Created 2026-05-04 to house the integrated mind-body clinical-translation work for late-stage neurodegenerative patients where conventional research-trial tempo is incompatible with patient survival horizon.

**The first anchor case is Cai Lei (蔡磊)** — sporadic ALS, terminal stage as of April 2026, founder of AskHelpU.
